I am the luckiest principal in Medina Valley ISD because I work with your children daily!  I have been an educator for 27 years, nineteen as a school administrator. I earned my Doctorate in Education Leadership with Texas A&M University- Texarkana, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Houston Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State University).

My husband and I have five children and two beautiful grandchildren. We have enjoyed watching many of our children leave home to attend college then return for the start of their careers and enter graduate school. We still enjoy one at home. He keeps us busy with school and sports.
As the principal of Luckey Ranch, I fully embrace our district's vision to provide our students with a superior and diverse education that inspires excellence, promotes accountability and values, and encourages all students to achieve their highest potential. As a "Leader in Me" school, I recognize the Leader in each of us!  - Georgia Neuman

The 2022-2023 school year marks my thirteenth year in education and my fifth year with Medina Valley ISD. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Later, I earned my first Master’s Degree in Differentiated Instruction from Concordia University and a second Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas.

Two days after our wedding, my husband and I packed up my belongings and moved to the great state of Texas. I joined the Medina Valley family as a founding member of Luckey Ranch Elementary in 2018. I am "Luckey" to call Medina Valley my home. My husband and I have four children, all of whom attend Medina Valley schools. They keep us very active and involved in the community.

I look forward to fostering a positive environment where every student will develop a strong character, leadership skills, and a passion for learning. Together, we will build a house of champions.

I’m excited for the chance to provide students with the best possible school experience! For over 13 years I have empowered students to own their voices and use them in a way that opens up opportunities for them. I have a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

I love to travel and learn about different cultures and customs. I believe that to truly understand others we sometimes have to immerse ourselves in experiences that might make us uncomfortable. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I’m also an animal lover, so of course I have a dog!

I’m very fortunate to serve a great community. Luckey Ranch Elementary continues to hold high expectations for each and every one of its students, and will continue to do so in an effort to encourage learning and leadership.
