Dear Luckey Ranch Elementary Parents,

It is an honor to introduce myself as the new principal of Luckey Ranch Elementary School. I am excited to be joining the Medina Valley ISD school community and working with your children.  I am starting my 15th year in education and have held various leadership positions at Harlandale ISD and Lytle ISD, including teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal.  Prior to my career in education, I served as an administrator at the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission and at the La Salle County Juvenile Probation Department.  I am a graduate of Medina Valley High School, The University of Texas at San Antonio, a Bachelor of Arts degree, and Texas A&M International University, a Master in Science degree.

I believe that a strong partnership between home and school is essential for student success.  I am committed to working with you to ensure that your children receive the best possible education.  Our staff of passionate, dedicated, and engaging teachers will guide your children to reach their educational goals.  This is a partnership, and I encourage all parents to stay positive and involved in your child's education throughout the entirety of the school year.  We are here to serve the students and families of Luckey Ranch Elementary in any way possible.

I thank you in advance for partnering with us this year to make this the best year possible for your child!

Sincerely,

Mark Raygosa, Principal
